Quote and contact requests: your name, email, company, phone number, project details and budget.

Client work: what we need to deliver and invoice, such as contact persons, billing details and correspondence.

Website use: technical data like IP address, browser and device. Analytics and marketing data only with your consent.

Replying to you and preparing a quote: steps you asked for before a contract.

Delivering our services and invoicing: performance of a contract.

Keeping records for tax: legal obligation.

Keeping the site secure and working: legitimate interest.

Analytics and marketing: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Quote requests that don't become a project: up to 12 months. Client and invoice records: 7 years, as Dutch tax law requires. Cookie data: see the cookie section below.

We never sell your data. We only share it with processors that help us run the business, like hosting, email and accounting, under a data processing agreement. Quote and contact forms are delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which only forwards your message and doesn't use it for anything else. Or when the law requires it.

If a processor stores data outside the European Economic Area, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Encrypted connections, access only for people who need it, and systems kept up to date. We secure websites for a living and treat our own the same way.

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent. Email us and we respond within one month. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Our cookie cube has three layers. Essential cookies are always on. The other two are only placed after you say yes.

Security, load balancing and remembering your cookie choice. No consent needed. Your choice is stored for up to 12 months.

Anonymous statistics on how the site is used, so we can improve it. Only with your consent. We use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) for this, without advertising features and with Google signals turned off.

Measuring campaigns and showing relevant ads on other sites. Only with your consent.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time. Use the button below, or "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.

These terms apply to all quotes, agreements and work by Logical Cube. Other arrangements only apply if we agree on them in writing.

Every quote is a fixed price for the scope described and is valid for 30 days. Work outside that scope is quoted separately, before we start.

Unless agreed otherwise, we invoice 50% at the start and 50% at delivery. Invoices are due within 14 days. Maintenance and hosting are billed in advance per period.

You provide content, access and feedback on time. Delays on your side may move the timeline.

Once paid in full, you own the website, designs and custom code we made for you. We may reuse general know-how and non-specific code. Third-party licences (themes, plugins, fonts) stay with their makers.

We may show the work in our portfolio, unless you tell us not to.

We clean and secure your site with care, but no system is 100% safe. We can't guarantee a site won't be attacked again. A maintenance plan lowers that risk, but can't remove it.

AI output can be wrong. We build in checks, but you stay responsible for the decisions you make with it.

Our liability is limited to the amount invoiced for the project concerned and never covers indirect damage, such as lost profit or lost data. This limit doesn't apply in case of intent or gross negligence.

Stampsy, Agendsy and our other SaaS products have their own terms, which you accept when signing up.

Maintenance and hosting can be ended by either side with one month's notice. If a project stops early, you pay for the work done so far.

Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in the district of Zeeland-West-Brabant.
